Produced in France’s Loire Valley, Tuffeau Blanc de Blancs is a traditional method sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay. Named after the region’s distinctive tuffeau limestone, the wine reflects the chalk-rich soils that have long defined some of the Loire’s most elegant wines. The cool climate helps preserve natural acidity and aromatic freshness, while careful vineyard management ensures balance and precision. Crafted using the traditional method and bottled as a Brut Nature, with no dosage added after disgorgement, the wine offers a pure and transparent expression of both Chardonnay and terroir.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle followed by extended lees ageing to build texture and complexity. The zero-dosage style highlights its natural freshness and mineral character, resulting in a particularly focused and refined sparkling wine. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple and pear are complemented by white flowers, brioche and crushed chalk. The palate is crisp and energetic with a fine persistent mousse, vibrant acidity and a long saline finish. Elegant and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, goat’s cheese and delicate seafood dishes.
