This magnificent cuvée of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, baptized "The Lady of the Eleventh Hour", comes from the name of a small liliaceae whose flower opens every day... at eleven o'clock. This small plot is maintained like a garden, grown organically, without weedkillers or chemicals, moreover this lady would not like it! Beatrice and Vincent aim to do most of their work in the vineyard, so that little intervention is needed in the cellar.100% aged in terracota amphorae. A more pure expression of the grapes, as the amphorae allows the wine to evolve and mature the same way as a barrel does but without adding any extra wood-flavours. 150cl bottle
