This wine shows a firm saline character and precise acidity, offering a more restrained profile compared to its younger counterparts. Initially lean, it has developed concentration and clarity, with a clean, focused structure and a long, crisp finish.
The appearance is pale yellow. On the nose, it presents aromas of white flowers, almonds, and light toasty notes. The palate is marked by pronounced minerality that clearly reflects the soil origin, supported by firm acidity and finishing with subtle honeyed notes.
Best consumed between 2 and 5 years of bottling. Will continue to evolve and maintain structure into the mid-2030s.
