Following fermentation with indigenous yeasts and extended skin maceration, the wine is matured for approximately 30 months in large French oak casks, followed by at least 12 months of bottle ageing before release. It reveals concentrated aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with notes of cocoa, liquorice, tobacco, Mediterranean herbs and sweet spice. The palate is powerful yet refined, with firm, polished tannins, vibrant acidity and remarkable length.
