A lesser known Piemontese variety that is light in colour but has great depth in flavour and charachter. Something any Nebbiolo fan should try. This wine comes from sandy plots around the hills of Asti, it is macerated on skins for 15 days to not overextract tannin & create a softer more delicate, aromatic wine. It is aged in amphora for 6 months
