Barbera from the heart of the Nizza DOCG where chalky soils dominate. A savoury tension domainates this wine, a truely gastronomic wine. The wine is spontaneously fermented and the cap is submerged to aid extraction. The wine is aged in concrete tanks for 9 months before bottling.
