Vines are planted on soils influenced by granite and schist, and the estate follows sustainable viticultural practices.\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2021 Rosé is made from Moreto, a traditional Portuguese red grape variety. Grapes are gently pressed on arrival at the winery, with decantation at low temperature for around 48 hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve bright fruit and freshness with no oak ageing. The wine shows a bright pale salmon colour with an almost neutral aroma, an attractive mineral freshness and subtle green grapefruit notes, followed by a medium body, crisp acidity and hints of white plum skin on the palate.
