Following fermentation with extended skin contact in stainless steel, the wine is matured for at least 30 months in large oak casks before further bottle ageing prior to release. Elegant yet powerful, it offers aromas of wild cherry, raspberry and rose petals layered with notes of liquorice, tobacco, dried herbs and sweet spice.
