The Porterhouse x Dingle Distillery - Around The Clock Batch 4

This 2022 Limited Release of Around The Clock has been aged for 9 months and is a further refinement of our boundary pushing barrel aged beers. An enhanced mash bill of 7 different malts compliment our 7 separate hop additions during brewing.

The flavours from this beer are combined with our 24-hour brew boil creating an even fuller, smoother stout. The resulting beer has matured in a combination of freshly emptied Bourbon casks with the addition of some smoked hickory Bourbon casks which adds a depth of smokiness to this year's release.
