The 2024 vintage produced fresh, vibrant wines with good aromatic intensity and balanced acidity following a relatively even growing season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSan Luigi Dolcetto 2024 is made from 100% Dolcetto, fermented with indigenous yeasts using minimal intervention techniques. The grapes are hand harvested and undergo a short maceration on the skins, typically around 5 to 7 days, to preserve the grape’s naturally bright fruit and soft tannins. Fermentation and ageing take place mainly in stainless steel and concrete for several months before bottling, usually without fining or filtration and with very low sulphur additions. The wine shows aromas of black cherry, plum and wild berries with subtle floral and earthy notes. The palate is juicy, supple and fresh with gentle tannins and lively acidity.
