Family owned for three generation in the Langhe region. Currently two bothers do most of the producing and all of tehir wines are natural; no added sulfites and remain unflitered. They use stainless steel tanks for fermentation with natural yeasts. This specific lambrusco-ish is a blend with neretto grapes, a rare and native vine to the langhe region known for strong tannins and flavorfull spice. After the first fermentation the blend is bottled for re-fermentation which achieves the lovely bubbles in this wine. \n\u003cp\u003e\nA deep purplely red in color, this lambrusco-ish is a divine addition to the table. On the nose it offers aromas of plums and blackberries. On the palate its surprisingly refreshing with red berries and light acidity.
