100% Grüner Veltliner . Grüner Veltliner is fruit mixed with peppery spice and is Austria grape No.1. Here it finds optimal conditions in the Loess soil and the climate. This grape variety is a piece of Austrian history. The grapes have been destemed and squeezed; maceration of 4 hours before being pressed by a pneumatic press with low pressure. Fermentation took place with automatic temperaturecontrol at 1 C. 8° The wine was stored in stainless steel-tanks and was bottled in our cellar in Burgundybottles

Clear, pale yellow with green highlights. Pleasant spice and crisp apple fragrance on the nose. On the palate classic pepper, citrus, and herbs frame the fruit. The finish is elegant and appetizing. Pairs wonderfully with light, fresh salads and classic Viennese cuisine, but also with spicy and Asian inspired dishes.
