The challenging 2024 vintage required careful selection but produced vibrant, aromatic wines with excellent freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eF*ck The Frost Orange 2024 is a skin contact white wine made from a blend of cold climate aromatic varieties, typically including Solaris and Johanniter, though the cepage can vary slightly by vintage. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and undergo extended skin maceration for around 10 to 14 days to build texture, tannin and complexity. The wine is then aged for several months in stainless steel or neutral vessels before bottling, usually unfiltered with minimal sulphur additions. It shows aromas of orange peel, dried apricot and herbal tea, with notes of orchard fruit and spice. The palate is textured, fresh and lightly tannic with lively acidity.
