Long and balanced finish with a subtle minerality and a touch of bitterness at the end.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe love the collaboration in this beer. We use oysters grown at Croagh Patrick Seafoods by Pádraic Gannon and his family. We highly recommend going on one of their Oyster Farm Tours when you’re next in the area.
