The grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts using gentle extraction and short maceration to emphasise freshness and fruit purity. The wine is aged briefly in concrete or neutral vessels before bottling unfined and unfiltered. It shows aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild berries with floral and earthy undertones. The palate is lively, supple and refreshing with soft tannins and bright acidity.
