"Perfumed and peachy on the nose – very expressive but also ripe green fruits and fresh herbs. Almost a touch cedary. And a hint of stone dust. Very crisp and more green-fruited on the palate. Mouth-watering, a little salty/mineral on the finish and a clever blend of components for both fruit and complexity. Slight grip in the texture, even though there was no skin contact (Karavitakis says he finds that leads to oxidation). Scented but not over the top." Julia Harding MW
