These conditions produce wines of concentration, structure and natural intensity, with the granite soils contributing a distinctive mineral backbone.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eMade from 100% Syrah, the wine is vinified with careful extraction to preserve aromatic detail and structure, followed by ageing in French oak barrels and extended bottle maturation. Aromas of black olive, dried blackberry and black cherry are interwoven with notes of smoked meat, leather, graphite, forest floor, pepper and savoury spice.
