Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and French oak, with around 11 months’ ageing in barrel, including a portion of new oak and lees contact to build texture and complexity. The wine shows aromas of lemon, lime, pear and apricot with subtle toasted and creamy notes. The palate is crisp yet rounded, with fresh acidity and a mineral finish.
