Gross CTRL ALT SUPR

Altbier brewed with a plethora of German base and specialty malts, along with 100% Czech Saaz hops. Cold fermented with a yeast strain from a Düsseldorf area brewpub, naturally carbonated and long lagered at temperatures below 0 degrees. It has an impressive copper color with a dense head and fine carbonation, striking a remarkable balance between malt flavors and yeast esters. Notes of cherry juice, wood and bread crust are appreciated.
