It shows a pale onion skin pink hue, expressive aromas of citrus peel, wild strawberries, vineyard peach and Mediterranean herbs, with a subtle pink pepper spice and refreshing acidity on the palate. The finish combines clean fruit intensity with a slight varietal bitterness that gives structure and balance.
