Fritz Wassmer Spatburgunder Rose 2021

A dry and medium-bodied Rosé with underlying sweetness, firm minerality and a crisp acidity. From first taste, the typical flavours of a Spätburgunder (or Pinot Noir) from the Baden region become evident but with added raspberry, grapefruit and plums and some spiciness, which is rarely present in a Rose wine of this price range.
