From old, neglected vines brought back to life by Filipa in 2001, these Organic and Biodynamic wines showcase the true expression of the Bairrada region - an Atlantic enclave between Vinho Verde, Dao and Lisboa. The minerality really shows in this Bical and Arinto blend, where the salinity of the ocean is very present. Dry and crisp, yet with a lovely and refined smooth texture.
