Crunchy, fresh red cherry and plum flavours offset by refreshing acidity and dolcetto’s characteristic tannins. The nose is unbelievably pure. A real ‘glou glou’ wine. Dosset is the local word for dolcetto, and it is a tribute to the old-fashioned farmer’s wine. At 11% alcohol, it is a reminder that the Langhe produces everyday wines too. No added sulphites.
