Fermentation is carried out using traditional semi carbonic maceration to enhance purity of fruit and aromatic intensity, followed by maturation in stainless steel and concrete for around 6 to 8 months to preserve freshness. The wine is light and expressive with notes of red cherry, raspberry and violet, supported by supple tannins and bright acidity.
