Grechetto is a grape usually found in parts of Orvieto. Fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts, and rested on lees until bottling. Fresh, intense, citrusy and fruity nose with a touch of spice and fine nut flavours. Well-balanced and rounded with a robust and long finish.
