"Orchis Mascula", a small wild orchid, like Pinot Noir, embellishes the poor limestone soils of this place in the Hautes-Cotes de Beaune. We pick the grapes by hand and they ferment naturally without any adding sulphites. This wine was aged for a year in barrels. Serve slowly, in a large balloon glass, and close your eyes....
