The Grenache Gris is vinified in terracotta jars with six months of juice and skin maceration, while the Mourvèdre is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is completed before the components are blended and bottled in February, with no fining or filtration. The result is a bright, energetic red with aromas of crushed strawberry, red berries and wild herbs, supported by a silky texture and delicate tannic grip.
