The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity, followed by a short period of ageing on fine lees for added texture before bottling. It shows vibrant notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, lime and fresh herbs with lively acidity.
