The result is a small production wine that combines Karamolegos’s experience with Assyrtiko with the distinctive freshness of Amyndeo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMade from 100% Assyrtiko, the 2024 is fermented primarily in stainless steel, with 25% of the wine spending several months in barrel to add subtle depth without obscuring the variety. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apple and white peach are accompanied by lemon blossom, wet stone and a delicate toasted note. High natural acidity gives the palate real drive, while the texture is medium-bodied and finely balanced.
