Altar de Uco Edad Media Blanco 2019

A blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc and 10% Sauvignon Blanc, where all the varieties are co-fermented with native yeasts in concrete eggs. After fermentation, the wine is biologically aged (not topped up, aged under a fine veil of yeast) in French Oak. It offers elegant and complex aromas with a palate full of energy and subtleties, with layers of complexity added by the slightly oxidative ageing.
