Chateau Los Boldos Chardonnay Tradition Reserve

This wine is bright yellow in colour with youthful hints. On the nose, there are aromas of tropical fruit, apricots and pears. Lively, fresh acidity complements the wine’s persistent fruitiness and elegant finish. The Chardonnay grapes were macerated in stainless steel tanks before fermentation took place over three weeks at temperatures of 14-16°C. No malolactic fermentation took place, and the wine spent a further two months in tank prior to bottling.
