Schorschbock Ice 20

This Schorschbock Ice 20 Dunkler Eisbock is a result of several brewing process. To brew this beer, the brewers from Schorschbräu uses the famous Icebock method, consisting in frozen the beer to extract the water and only keep the alcohol. This extremely strong beer has a light brown robe topped by a fine and non persistent beige head. On the nose you will find notes of roasted malt and caramel. The mouth is surprisingly balanced between alcohol and smoky notes. This incredible beer is a beer for connoisseurs.
