After careful harvesting, the grapes are fermented in small batches with gentle extraction. The wine is then aged for around 10–12 months in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity while preserving the fruit. Expect flavours of ripe cherry, raspberry and soft spice with smooth tannins.
