This special brew is the result of a meeting between Anthony Martin and Winemaker Edward Six of Monteberg Wine Estate. Limited to 2,500 bottles, it fuses the magic of beer and wine.

Head brewer Thomas Vandelanotte has created this hybrid beer based on four grains and the must of four grape varieties: Solaris and Siegerrebe for their fruity, floral aromas, and Kerner and Pinot Gris for their playful acidity. This marriage of grain and grapes results in a beer that surprises with its sparkling wine character, where fresh acidity and floral aromas mingle with delicate finesse. Velvety and complex, the experience is tied together by the subtle aromas of Nelson Sauvin hops.
