Buontalenti Chianti 2019

For over twenty years Alberto Antonini has been overseen a project that involves a number of growers that farm vineyards in the are surrounding his home town Cerreto Guidi. Alberto oversees and consults on vineyard management and harvest timing selecting only the best fruit that is then vinified in a shared winery that is only a couple of miles away from his Poggiotondo estate. Named Buontalenti after the famous 16th century Florentine Architect that designed the Villa Medicea in Cerreto Guidi, this Chianti shows beautiful depth and vibrancy, ripe red fruit and a long finish.
