Clos Del Rey LAragone Carignan 2020

The l'Aragon from Clos del Rey from Roussillon is a pure Carignan aged in concrete. A red wine with bang without ever having seen a wooden barrel. At first it feels quite young due to the fresh acidity, but develops into a really powerful substance after a bit of contact with air. Crushed raspberries and blackberries, smoke, wild herbs and super smooth tannins on the palate. It goes perfectly with lamb shoulder.
