Georges Remy Bouzy Rouge 2016

Located South East of the Montagne de Reims vineyard, Bouzy is a village classified 100% Grand Cru and worldwide known for the quality of its Pinots Noirs who produced highly individual champagnes as well as premium Coteaux Champenois – still wines – called Bouzy Rouge. This wine comes from a 0.4405 hectare parcel in Lieu-dit Les Vaudayants in Bouzy Grand Cru planted by sélection massale in 1975. Vines are exposed south, south-east. The parcel is farmed organically and Rémy implements bio-dynamic practices.
