Chateau de Villeneuve Saumur Champigny 2020

Saumur-Champigny comes from 30 to 40 year-old Cabernet Franc vines grown on soils made of clay and chalk. Powerful nose of summer berry fruit with gamey hints. The palate is ample and rich, with ripe blackberry, plum and cassis notes. Very good ripeness throughout, yet quite fresh and balanced finish.
