One of the very First Single Farm Origin Bottlings to be produced by the much anticipated Waterford Distillery. Introducing the concept of Terroir to Irish whiskey the team in Waterford are developing the thought that the main ingredient of Irish Whiskey, the Barley shapes the distinctive flavour profile of their whiskey. Each individual farm that has supplied the distillery will feature in a distinct whiskey that bears its name. Distilled in 2016 exclusively from Taberna barley harvested from Ballykilcavan, Co Laois on the farm of David Walsh-Kemmis. This is a highly sought after first release.
