Description
Grown on a south-west facing slope exposed to constant down winds allows the grapes to dry fast and develop in ideal conditions for a dry riesling. 45 year old vines planted in generous loess and loam soil provide a distinct aroma and a defined flavor for this riesling. Hand-harvested grapes whole-bunch-pressed for eight hours. Fermented in its own natural yeasts.
