Georges Rémy’s grandfather first produced champagne in 1950. Georges’s first vintage came along in 2014 and they are true to hisn origins as a red wine maker. They are captivating, gourmand champagnes that are to be shared and savoured. Le Mont de Tauxières is 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay. This champagne has ripe white fruit and a hint of brioche. A terrific partner to a light creamy fish dish.
