Frédéric Magnien 2015 Marsannay ‘Coeur d’Argile’

Description

Born in May 1969 in one of the most beautiful wine regions in Burgundy, Frédéric is the fifth generation winemaker of the Magnien family. From the 2015 vintage Frédéric changed his winemaking somewhat for for the biodynamically farmed vineyards in his range, which now spend their élevage in circa 50% used oak and 50% clay amphorae, with the goal of eliminating any taste of wood in the wines. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
