This wine is produced on chalky clay, marl and marly limestone from the Kimmeridgian era located on either side of the Serein River. Rich in minerals and oyster fossils, giving the mineral character typical of the wines of Chablis.
Fèvre Chablis has a fleshy and elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and flowers aromas. The mouth is fresh, supple underscored by minerality. Great with fish dishes, grilled or in a light sauce; various seafood and oysters.
