Description
The appellation area is situated on the right bank of the Rhone River, between Orange and Avignon, in the village of Roquemaure. It is a Mediterranean one with particularly hot summers. The Mistral wind blows away any humidity, ensuring very favourable climatic conditions for the cultivation of vines.
‘Our Liracs can be appreciated from their second year with a prevailing taste of red fruit. They will reach their fullness between the third and the sixth year but can be kept longer, depending on the vintage and suitable storage conditions.’ Didier Fabre, Winemaker.
