Torre Galasso Terre di Chieti IGT Sangiovese 2023

Torre Galasso’s Sangiovese has a beautiful brightness and transparency, a ruby red colour that tends to garnet, a nice consistency. On the nose, hints of black cherry and dried violet are immediately perceived. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant, and persistent, with strong tannins, though not aggressive. Beautiful sapidity and good correspondence between smell and taste. A wine that goes well with a meat-based dinner.
