Domaine Haute Fevrie Muscadet Sur Lie 2022

A vibrant crisp Muscadet from a forth generation organic grower. Domaine Haut Févrie is run by Sébastien Branger, farming organically and sustainably with minimal spraying, natural fertilizers and hand harvesting. This cuvée comes from 30 year old vines from the heart of the Sèvre et Maine region. The wine is aged on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks giving classic yeasty notes to the attractive floral green apple fruit of the Melon de Bourgogne grape.
