For this limited release, Glendalough Distillery brought together unique flavours from the deepest roots of Ireland in a way no one has before: peated whiskey made in the earliest Irish ways, distilled through the pot still process perfected by monks like St. Kevin, aged in revered Irish oak from our own Wicklow woods - a true exploration of flavours found nowhere else.

Nose: Peat with undertones of vanilla and oak spices

Taste: Chewy and warm with charred fruits, toffee, treacle and nutmeg

Finish: Long, smoked fruits alongside classic pot still spices
