“Paulessen” is Andreas’ own designation, used to classify his dry style Riesling from the Mosel. The name "Paulessen" originates from a 17th century farm that belonged to his ancestors. Zenit is the term he uses for his flagship wines, made only in exceptional vintages. The grapes for the Zenit line are particularly selected and grow on steep vineyards, with red slate soils and the optimal sun exposure.

Wine is fermented with native yeasts at cool temperatures, in stainless steel. It is then aged in oak.

Seductive aromas of sweet apple and honey notes on the nose, with piercing acidity, vibrant minerality and intense flavours of citrus and apricots on the palate. Finishes long and dry.
