Monte Dall'Ora 'San Giorgio Alto' Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2019

Monte dall'Ora are dedicated to the environment. Certified biodynamic, they do not use chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides and protect the soil's fertility by encouraging biodiversity. All their wines are terroir driven. Sourced from selected grapes from a single vineyard, they are complex and long-lived.

Sourced from vines at 400-500m above the soil. Aged in 25 hl oak barrels for 12 months and a further 36 months in the bottle. Aromas of red berry, spice, balsamic and mint on the nose. Elegant and medium-bodied on the palate with a dry and fresh finish.
