Szaszi Furmint 2021

It has grown into one of the most important varieties of recent times. If one had to single out a grape variety that is spoken and written about with great enthusiasm and appreciation internationally, it would certainly be Furmint. It represents high quality and can be used to make wine in an extremely diverse style. Although in Hungary the Furmints from Tokaj are usually mentioned the most, it is definitely worth opening up to other production sites.

Our Furmint grew on the volcanic slopes of Szent György-hegy and has grown very close to our hearts since the first harvest in 2017. It is worth putting the 2021 batch aside for a few years, because its youthful vigor will soon mature into a beautiful, great wine.
